The rooftop breakfast was lovely. It was also nice for a pre-dinner drink.
I booked this hotel based on previous experiences. I found that our room looked straight at a wall. It reminded me of a prison, TERRIBLE.

The location was excellent. My room had both a bath and shower. Welcome biscuits with a bottle of red wine was a nice treat upon arrival. The fridge included soft drinks and bottled water. Coffee and tea facilities were also available.
The room needs a slight facelift.

Breakfast is on the rooftop terrace. It is also available . The terrace offers a relaxing experience with lovely views. A 24-hour reception is present for late check-ins and assistance throughout the stay.

Staff were friendly, willing to help and provided useful information. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Staff printed online tickets and stored luggage after check-out. The front desk staff gave great tips.

The location provides easy access to monuments and shopping streets. It is a short walk to the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. Many organized trips leave from Piazza del Popolo. The area felt safe and secure.

The room was spacious and quiet. It included air conditioning. There was a huge comfortable bed provided. Rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. Diptyque toiletries added a luxurious touch to the bathroom.

the staff were friendly and helpful. i got great tips about local restaurants and sites. the breakfast selection was very good and always fresh.
my room faced a wall, and it reminded me of a prison. i had to pay extra to upgrade to a better room. unfortunately, the upgraded room was old, and things were detached and torn.
